Entry level Programme
Internship Programme
Te Real Chemistry internship is a 2.5-month programme. Typically engaging interns with a medical or PR/advertising background. Candidates eligible for this opportunity are either in their final year of a life sciences degree or recent graduates, with a keen eagerness to absorb new knowledge. The programme features practical training sessions, including CV writing and interview skills workshops, alongside a significant project which interns develop and present at the programme’s end. Successful interns may receive full-time offers based on their performance.
The selection process mirrors our standard hiring practices, starting with talent acquisition identifying top resumes, which are then reviewed by relevant teams. Selected candidates undergo a first interview, followed by a task presentation in a second-round interview. Successful candidates are then scored and potentially offered positions.
